Chef Rebecca has traveled to more than 20 countries to study their gastronomy, including Thai, Vietnamese, Balinese, Australian, Italian, French, Mexican, and vegetarian cuisines.
Many know her as “The Flying Gourmet,” as she has maintained a career as an professional Flight Attendant and Purser with United Airlines for over 15 years, and has personally brought home hand selected spices from all corners of the world. As a result, Flavors’ menus have an unrivaled flavor and variety, and each meal can be tailored to fit personal dietary needs.
